Job Description:

The Chief of Staff provides executive-level leadership and guidance to the organization's quality/training and strategic initiatives. The Chief of Staff is responsible for developing, enforcing, and evaluating risk management, quality/training policies, ensuring legal compliance and identifying long-term strategic goals to enhance organizational success.

We are looking for a Chief of Staff who must have:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field


• Master's degree in business administration or related field, preferred


• At least ten (10) years of of social services preferred, with strategic planning, and/or business development experience highly preferred


• Must possess a valid state driver's license, maintain automobile insurance coverage, and have access to an automobile

• Provides guidance and leadership to the contracts, quality, strategic initiatives and training


• department teams; assists with the organization growth opportunities.


• Supports continuous staff development by implementing learning and development programs to


• ensure learning and skill development across all levels of the organization.


• Ensures compliance with contracts, service of quality standards, safety, and other requirements


• related to quality improvement monitoring's etc.


• Collaborate with Finance to manage the budgets for the quality and training departments.

• Collaborates with executive leadership to define the organization's mission, goals and strategic plan.


• Develops and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess organizational success and market competitiveness.


• Researches and develops relationships with key stakeholders and ensures program compliance with contractual obligations.


• Travels to program offices, meetings, and events
