As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our 14-bed Joint and Spine Unit, you'll assist patients with daily living activities and post-operative recovery. You'll work closely with RNs and physical therapists to support patient mobility, comfort, and independence-playing a vital part in improving outcomes and patient satisfaction.
What You Will Do:
Assist patients with activities of daily living (eating, bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting)
Support care procedures including catheter care, sitz baths, colostomy care, and more
Apply care products such as compression devices and restraints appropriately
Set up respiratory and cardiac equipment (e.g., oxygen, suction, EKGs, incentive spirometry)
Function in both CNA and Health Unit Coordinator roles as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) by the Maryland Board of Nursing
High school diploma or equivalent
BLS certification
1 year of hospital experience (preferred)

Pay rate: $17.89 - $25.04
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
