Are you detail-oriented and skilled in credit and collections? We're looking for a Credit & Collections Clerk to join our team! This role is perfect for someone with experience in collections, credit analysis, and financial documentation, or a recent Accounting graduate looking to gain hands-on experience.


Key Responsibilities:



? Collections & Aging: Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on payments.
? Credit Card Processing: Handle credit card transactions and approvals.
? Credit Analysis & Verification: Review and verify compliance of credit information.
? Customer Credit Evaluation: Collect financial and credit-related details to assess customer qualifications.
? Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain credit records in Excel and Word for accurate reporting.


Qualifications:



? Experience in credit and collections (or an entry-level Accounting graduate).
? Cash application experience preferred.

? Familiarity with credit card transactions and credit references.

? High School Diploma/GED required.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word.
