THE PURPOSE: The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for GTM project management, planning and execution, process improvments, and overall workflows. Coordination and project management of digital and non-digital creative projects and processes including graphic design, asset production, copywriting and development to ensure projects are on-track. The Manager will work with cross functional departments and external teams daily to ensure effective, diligent and timely workflows.
THE ROLE (what you are accountable for)
• Manage cross-functional marketing initiatives that include timelines and deliverables for brand moments, activation, launches and events.
• Support of daily operations and workflow of the in-house studio
• Develop and optimize process improvements and cross channel collaboration to increase lifecycle project timelines and start dates.
• Overall project management of timelines and project dashboards to ensure on time delivery.
• Develop and optimize process improvements and cross channel collaboration to increase lifecycle project timelines.
• Drive the adoption and development of marketing tools that will support and improve operational efficiencies.
• Lead and implement daily/weekly stand-ups and meetings with key project stakeholders for continuous status check-ins.
• Communicates project updates and status to all lines of business at critical points.
• Asana ticket intake for designer and copy assignments as they pertain to each project.
• Asana user and infrastructure co-lead in optimizing custom workflows and best practices.
• Own international and wholesale asset delivery, Asana, and management support
• Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 8-10 years experience in project management
• 360 integrated marketing campaign management from strategic alignment to execution
• Experience in Smartsheet or similar cloud-based project management system
• Ability to outline projects scopes, identify existing/new milestones and dependencies
• Direct operational management experience and understanding of lifecycle workflows.
• Broad understanding of creative assets, copywriting, digital assets, and brand marketing
• Digital asset management experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining on time delivery.
• Logical/Critical Thinking; resourceful, competent; strategic planning
• Organized and can compartmentalize projects effectively.
• Computer proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS word
• Efficient and knowledgeable in management programs such as Asana
• Good written/verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
