Job Description: The work will include reviewing applications for various job openings. In the review, the Contractor shall: Use OPM qualification standards to determine whether the applicants are qualified for the position(s) for which they applied and shall document reasons for determining qualification or non-qualification. After making these determinations, the Contractor shall list the qualified applicants and rate and rank them using pre-determined levels of competencies, experience, and education, for the particular positions. Determine whether the applicants are considered highly qualified for the position and upon request, the contractor shall provide an explanation as to how the applicants’ background and experience compared to that of other applicants in establishing the highly qualified candidates. Develop Job Analysis and Rating Plan to be used with vacancy announcements for each position according to client specified formats. Participate and contribute to weekly staff recruitment meetings and training session. Deliverables Client requires the following deliverables as part of this project. These deliverables shall be submitted in accordance with the project schedule or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the parties: 1) Qualify job applicants in accordance with OPM qualification standards 2) Rate and rank applicants and prepare certificate of eligibility 3) Prepare Job analyses for related position descriptions 4) Prepare Rating plans for related position descriptions 5) Train staff on recruitment guidance, processes, and procedures 6) Participate in department/museum meetings, job-related training sessions
