Position Overview




Cumulus
Media has an immediate opening for a full-time Digital Campaign Specialist in the Albuquerque NM market. We are looking for a passionate, motivated, energetic, and outgoing individual with a strong ability to develop and execute amazing client campaigns across a variety of digital platforms including but not limited to email, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, programmatic, online audio, OTT/CTV, and much more. The ideal Digital Campaign Specialist will have digital marketing and programmatic campaign management/buying experience, an analytical, strategic, and creative mind, as well as strong communication skills, both written and spoken. As a Digital Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for managing active client digital campaigns and providing a best-in-class customer service and support experience while delivering optimal campaign performance. You will work closely with Cumulus Albuquerque's Account Executive team to take campaigns from the point of sale to active status as efficiently and effectively as possible. Your attention to active campaigns and strategic optimizations will ensure great results for clients.


The Digital Campaign Specialist reports to the Digital Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications




Responsibilities:



  • Manage and execute a variety of tasks; includes setup/trafficking of new and existing campaigns, monitoring performance/delivery, reporting/analytics, optimization, strategic planning, creative development and more.

  • Facilitate campaign optimization assistance alongside internal digital vendors

  • Own client relationships; includes maintaining internal timelines and workflows, communicating campaign optimizations to client, managing expectations with frequent, proactive, delivery of information

  • Collaborate with relevant cross-functional teams to achieve client goals, raise awareness around high-risk campaigns and/or high-profile clients, up-sell opportunities leveraging historical data and insights.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to cross-train and provide additional sales support as needed.


Qualifications
:



  • 1-3 years of successful digital marketing solutions and preferably campaign management.

  • Graphic design or background with Adobe Creative Suite or other creative tools preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Positive attitude and passion for the job.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred.
