Volt is immediately hiring an EHS Coordinator in Fort Worth, TX.

As an EHS Coordinator you will:

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental, health, and safety regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and other applicable agencies.
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and hazard assessments to identify and mitigate risks in the workplace.
• Deliver EHS training programs to all employees to ensure understanding of safety protocols, emergency procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage, implement, and monitor safety programs in coordination with the entire EHS team.
• Prepare safety related metrics as needed and defined by the EHS team.
• Conduct root cause analysis and identify and implement corrective actions for accidents, injuries, incidents, property damage, near misses, and safety complaints.
• Maintain safety files and training records.
• Coordinate and participate in safety committee meetings.
• Promote a culture of safety by recommending and implementing continuous improvement strategies to reduce workplace risks and improve safety performance.

This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity.


The ideal EHS Coordinator candidate will have:

• Training and/or prior experience in safety or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to solve practical problems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in an environment where walking, bending, and lifting is required

Bilingual/Spanish speaking candidates are preferred.



Pay Rate: $22.00-$25.00 per h
our dependent on experience



Shift: Mon-Fri 6:30am-3pm



(Shift will adjust to cover duties during 2nd shift when needed)
