Your new role

• Oversee projects valued between $50K - 6M
  
  


• Manage project scheduling, buyouts and change orders
  
  


• Lead cross-functional teams to success
  
  


• Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders
  
  


• Manage risks and ensure project success
  
  


• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
  
  


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction
  
  


• Experience in interior renovations is preferred.
  
  


• Ability to manage 2-5 projects simultaneously
  
  


• Strong organizational and leadership skills
  
  


• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
