Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with billing and collections, including Medicare, Medi-Cal, and private insurance

  • Support accounts receivable and financial record-keeping

  • Provide front office and administrative support as needed

  • Communicate with residents, families, and insurance providers regarding financial matters

  • Maintain organized and accurate documentation

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) business office operations preferred

  • Familiarity with Medicare, Medi-Cal, and private insurance billing a plus

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
