THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN WEST SACRAMENTO, CA. 


SUMMARY


This position is responsible for representing parts and service sales in a defined territory. As part of a sales team, the industrial ISR will work with customers both internal and external to provide exceptional customer service in our ever-growing industrial engine market.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Maintain and develop new and existing customer relationships.

  • Work with customers to identify or qualify repair options and solutions.

  • Reestablish lost accounts and perform cold calls.

  • Manage jobs and projects

  • Manage assigned accounts (credit, billing, payments, and orders)

  • Maintain customer records and equipment population in our CRM (Customer relationship management) system

  • Provide timely and accurate quotes for parts and service, including CVA’s and pre/post-harvest services.

  • Communicate with internal and external customers in a timely manner.

  • Travel within territory may be required

  • Other duties AS assigned.


EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE


A minimum of a High School diploma and at least three (3) years industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Experience in the Industrial Engine Industry is preferred.


LANGUAGE SKILLS


Ability to read and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.


Basic math and computer skills


Addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages. Microsoft window and office a plus  


REASONING ABILITY


Ability to apply to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.


CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS


Must have a valid California driver’s license and a clean DMV driving report.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works in outside weather conditions.  The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in high precarious places.

COMPENSATION


Pay Range: $48,000 Base + Commision


Wage depends on knowledge, skills and ability to perform the responsibilities of the job.
