Define and implement the enterprise tag management strategy under the direction of the Behavioral Analytics Partner with cross-functional analytics domain teams to develop a self-service, capability-based approach to digital products reporting and insights. Define the processes for scalable, quick, and simple reporting and insights across the enterprise. Define and develop standards, best practices, and trainings that will empower data consumers to customize reports and discover insights that will lead to data-driven decisions. - Any experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Processing and Classification Rules, Adobe Variable and Metric Configuration
- Any experience using SQL, R, NoSQL, Hadoop or Python
- Any experience using other industry leading analytics tools for reporting and joining data- Manage and act as key advisor on Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and other reporting tools to systematically drive improvements to self-service reporting and insights
- Empower business partners to gain deep insights and unlock new value through self-serve omnichannel analytics on entire customer journey
- Execute the strategy to improve speed to market for internal analytics insight requests, through a self-service, capability-based approach; demonstrate the ability to solve problems systematically
- Champion the creation and definition of reporting and insights standards and best practices; work to continuously improve processes and practices, leading change and innovation
- Partner with cross-functional teams to continually improve our capability to effectively measure and evaluate online behavior through business metrics and dimensions
- Support a data-driven culture, educating the digital organization on everyday use of data as a resource
- Develop and evolve training to empower stakeholders to develop an analyst mindset and build reports
