Incident Management Coordinator

o
provide
a full range of
cyber security
services
on a long
-
term contract in Baltimore, MD. The position is full time/permanent and will support a US Government civilian agency. The position is available
immediately
upon finding a qualified candidate with the
appropriate background
clearance.

Position Responsibilities:
 

• Represent the Incident Management Team on-site to address customer concerns and escalations. 
   

• Serve as
  part of the central
  coordinati
  on and communications
  component
  for
  cyber
  security
  and privacy incidents involving multiple teams or external stakeholders
  .
   

• Manage incident response participants and stakeholders
  to ensure necessary actions are taken and relevant information is provided in a timely manner.
   

• Coor
  dinate
  ,
  lead
  , and
  maintain
  general situational awareness of communications
  and activities
  involving multiple teams or external stakeholders, such as
  vulnerability
  status
  and
  data call responses.
   

• Independently complete technical and administrative projects.
   

Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000
