We are immediately hiring Assistant Service Managers for our completely renovated, state of the art Parts and Service business at our Ford Dealership in Langhorne PA! You are needed to help keep up with our increase in business! How Youll Take Care of Our Customers:
Provide exceptional and efficient customer service Greet customers, perform vehicle walkarounds to show our commitment to customer satisfaction Make recommendations for valued services based on the customers vehicle Update customers on vehicle service status Assist Service Manager with daily operation Prepare and complete all required documentation related to customers service transactions Ensure customers have an outstanding overall service experience
