Vendor Finance Manager at Distribution Management Inc in Saint Charles, Missouri

Job Description:

Reporting to Sr VP of Merchandising, the Vendor Finance Manager will serve as the lead role in many of the key financial functions supporting DM Product Management and Vendor relationships.

Major Responsibilities:
· Execute and oversee all billing, collection, and reconciliation of Vendor Marketing Programs
· Tracking, forecasting, and auditing all Vendor Rebate Programs
· Accrue, Track, Validate and Track Elements of all Vendor Backend Programs to support quarterly rollup and Forecasting
· Auditing year-end roll up of Vendor Programs and aligning with Finance on results
· Overseeing Coop Expenses and providing a summary of trends and variances to leadership
· Work with Product Managers and Leadership on improvement areas related to cash flow, forecast accuracy, billing, and reconciliation

Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
· 2+ Years Experience in the field of Finance, Accounting, or FP&A
· Dynamic Computer Skills(intermediate knowledge of MS Office or better)
