Lynden Incorporated is seeking a Treasury Analyst I to handle daily cash management, prepare journal entries, administer our purchasing card program, and support the updating our operating plan. The Treasury Team:
This team of two operates in a shared services environment handling treasury functions across 15 Lynden Companies. The Treasury team works closely with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Reporting, Tax, and company Controllers to ensure seamless processing of all cash-related transactions.

Daily Cash Management
Support daily cash management functions including cash forecasting, cash movement between accounts, reviewing foreign exchange, daily borrowing and short-term investment positions, and reporting on global, daily cash position with meticulous attention to detail.
Journal Entries and Reconciliation
Reconcile daily bank files, prepare journal entries, and ensure all treasury transactions, including intercompany interest, are accurately recorded to the general ledger.
Ensure all financial transactions, policies, and procedures meet Company objectives as well as regulatory body requirements.
Stay informed on changes in the fraud environment and monitor fraud deterrent bank services.
Purchase Card Program Administration
Administer parent company purchasing card program and support sister company administrators.
Update Business Forecasting
Support the business forecasting function through updates to the operating plan.
Bank Account Administration
Administer bank accounts and maintain bank records, including signature cards, account openings and closures, regulatory compliance requests, and other correspondence.
Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees
Administer letters of credit and bank guarantees.
The minimum requirements we need from you:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
Highly organized with timely follow-through, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Proficiency in accounting and excellent analytical skills to support treasury functions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
What would be nice for you to have:
Experience working in Financial Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, Workday Financials a plus.
One to two years of banking or treasury experience.
Working as part of a shared service team.
Your work schedule:
Hybrid schedule with minimum 3 days onsite at our corporate office and 2 days offsite.
Tuesday & Wednesday are onsite days, you pick your third onsite day.
Live within commuting distance to SeaTac, WA.
Available core hours Monday – Friday working 40 to 45 hours a week.
Start at either 7:00am, 7:30am or 8:00am.
Occasionally it may be required to work hours outside the normal schedule.
