What will you be doing?
The key objective of this role is to develop a formalized tech enablement strategy to bring Circana's best technology into our clients' solutions. Tech enablement is the bridge that connects Circana's technological potential with its real-world execution. At its core, tech enablement will follow a consistent approach to enable the internal teams and the client with the tools, technologies, methodologies, collaboration practices and training they need to perform their jobs more efficiently, drive transformative growth, superior experience and satisfaction.
This role will:
Collaborate with cross functional teams across Circana including Technology, Retail, Product Management
Translate complex technologies into clear, actionable business benefits for internal and external stakeholders, showcasing real world impact and aligning solutions with strategic goals.
Engage with clients to ensure successful solution delivery, adoption to drive measurable business outcomes.
Be an expert on Circana's current and emerging technologies.
Influence clients to adopt Circana's AI capabilities and solutions to support their business strategy and deliver measurable results.
Job Responsibilities
Enable technology across the Circana Client Development Team (CDO) to drive efficiency, knowledge and adoption
Responsible for educating CDO team members on emerging Circana Technology.
Develop and implement internal road map to drive adoption of new technology.
Understand client's business to develop and create targeted and relevant Unify content that leverages AI.
Drive internal process improvement initiatives across CDO.
Support our clients to drive technology adoption across their business functions
Tap into account and insights leads to form an understanding of client business issues, data sources, technology, and best practice analytics, identify optimal use cases.
Collaborate with Circana's Technology team on solution positioning, training plans and use case implementation.
Serve as technology expert to educate clients on emerging Circana Technology to drive adoption.
Serve as liaison with Corporate Circana Product Management and Subject Matter Experts to leverage best-in-class content Be the voice of the client and inform our innovation and product teams on opportunities.
Monitor solution usage, measure impact, and share the success stories.
Partner with the Circana retail operations and commercial teams to transform client experience
Ensure data integrity during implementations, restatements, and enhancement rollouts.
Influence systemic process improvements, standardization of capability and functionality and the strategic application of technology/tools, across all retail programs to drive efficiencies, deliver speed to insights and impact business value delivery.
Escalation of clients' needs or issues as needed, with appropriate teams.
Oversight on key client deliverables to ensure that the best-in-class processes and technology is being used to drive client productivity.

Requirements
In addition to the above skills set, the ideal candidate must possess some combination of the following:
5+ progressive years of experience in product management, marketing, insights and BI tools with a premier Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or marketing analytics company
Experience with Circana or other syndicated data solutions or other "big data" data sets.
Experience with Circana's Retailer Collaborative Programs a plus.
Demonstrated expertise in leveraging data and technology to deliver insights to support clients' day-to-day business needs.
Ability to articulate very simply, the value of innovative technology on a client's opportunities and ROI.
Ability to translate vision articulated by stakeholders into solutions.
Ability to build a rapid rapport across functions.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
Degrees, training or certifications a plus: data sciences, data technology, computer science

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $140,000
This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
