Responsible for program management and oversight of day-to-day operations.
Responsible for daily program management throughout the program lifecycle. Aligns deliverables to the program's outcome.
Meets with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals.
Works with the Dean's Office Admin & Finance team as needed on program budget.
Supervises staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
Provides oversight of ongoing projects.
Interfaces with university departments, funding sources, outside organizations and state/government agencies.
Assesses program effectiveness and identifies areas of improvement.
Manages program documentation, data collection, and reporting.
Develops program goals and objectives.
Manage all faculty promotion and tenure process including mid-tenure review, workshop facilitation, application, preliminary review, committee review, and submission to Provost’s Office.
Manage administration of online activity database including user management, user training, resource creation, and building and pulling reports.
Manage committee appointment process for multiple college-level committees.
Support the Associate Dean of Faculty Affairs and Continuing Professional Development with faculty policies and procedures updates.
Report on faculty data for college or university tracking.
Track annual department profile submissions.
Create and facilitate New Faculty Orientation Series.
Present at OUHealth New Physician Orientation.
Collect departmental nominations for campus faculty awards and submit to the Provost’s Office.
Review and provide feedback on faculty CVs and narratives for promotion and tenure.
Continuously update the FAPD and Activity Insight websites.
Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position.
Required Education:
Required: Bachelor's degree, AND:
48 months of program development, program management or related experience.
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 96 months of related experience.
