GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Oversee all facets of Project Management by coordinating the overall planning and execution of a project. This includes leading the planning and development of all project deliverables.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct and supervise assigned projects (people, budgets, etc.) for multiple customers. Responsible for:
Project conception to include attending meetings and preparing labor and material quotes
Project planning to include site verification, attending construction meetings and truck planning
Project execution ensuring full installation coordination and resolution of site-specific issues. Ensure appropriate procedures and standards are followed
Project control by regular site visits and oversight of schedules
Project close including punch and invoicing
Develop strong working relationships with clients at multiple levels within an organization as well as internal team.
Communicate project status with customer and team
Review job site to ensure safe and efficient project installation
Ensure all issues or change order requests are appropriately documented and addressed
Resolve all issues and close out project

KEY SELECTION AND SUCCESS FACTORS
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 3years’ project management experience
Experience with making formal presentations
Office furniture experience preferred
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required; college degree preferred
OTHER/PREFERRED:
Proficiency in MS Office required
Experience creating, communicating, and implementing project plans
Experience creating and controlling budgets
Strong organizational and time management skills
Effective written and verbal communication
Good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
Ability to multi-task and work with many interruptions
Ability to work and communicate with a diverse group of people
Proficiency reading installation plans and blueprints
