Job Summary: Our client is seeking an experienced Pharmacist In-Charge (PIC) to lead and oversee pharmacy operations at a new facility. The PIC will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, manage staff, and uphold high standards of patient care. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) regulations
• Manage and supervise staff pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
• Ensure accurate medication dispensing, patient safety, and regulatory compliance
• Develop and implement quality assurance programs
• Maintain inventory control and procurement
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy

Requirements:

• Active Texas Pharmacist License and eligibility to serve as a Pharmacist In-Charge
• Minimum three years of pharmacy experience, preferably in specialty or long-term care pharmacy
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations, inventory management, and insurance billing
