HYBRID ROLE BASED OUT OF OUR SANDY SPRINGS OFFICE
Job Purpose:
Our Cost Administrator will be responsible for ensuring accurate new cost entry and existing cost updates through management of daily activity of the group email box.
Job Responsibilities:
• Accurately create and maintain cost records in the legacy systems.
• Comply with daily performance metrics in managing inbound cost activity.
• Support efforts to onboard new category strategies.
• Maintain documentation to support cost entries and updates.
• Organize and retain documentation to support both internal and external audits.
• Identify and communicate potential business critical cost issues to Cost Specialist, Inventory Management, Sourcing, and Category Management and assist in implementing resolution.
• Respond professionally and comprehensively to field requests and inquires.
• Assist Cost Specialist in larger projects and supplier/market change updates.
• Provide additional training, education, and documentation for all functional areas as needed.
Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
• Strong analytical skills, i.e. problem identification, research, and resolution preferred.
• High comfort level in learning and understanding new software programs.
Work Experience:
• 1-3 years of related job experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Education:
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
