About the Team/Project:



Join our team dedicated to managing the employee document depository, HR document capture, and retention. We are focused on meeting critical regulatory deadlines this year and primarily work with internal .NET applications.



Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project work, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed user stories and features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Act as a vocal advocate for project needs and priorities, driving effective communication within the team.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading project work.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with business requirements analysis.
• Expertise in creating and managing user stories and features.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be vocal and assertive within the team.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with image capturing technologies.
• Background in HR-related projects.
