Location: Newark, NJ

Salary: $70,000.00 USD Annually - $80,000.00 USD Annually

Description: A growing Fortune 100 food distribution company located in the Newark area is currently searching for an experienced Drive-A-Long Transportation Supervisor to work on their dayshift. To be considered, you must have a minimum of a High School Diploma, a minimum of 4 Years of transportation experience in the distribution industry, including in-depth knowledge of DOT regulations, and at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Will be part of a team of 7-8 Supervisors that oversee 175 drivers. You must have a proactive, rather than a reactive approach, and a strong service ethic through personal example. You must also have experience with operations of computerized fleet management systems (RoadNet, Samsara, or XATA a plus). You must have an active Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Those with foodservice distribution experience will receive the highest consideration! The company offers an excellent starting salary and annual bonus, totaling up to $95,000, depending on experience, in your first full year, as well as strong benefits.
