Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, ensuring high-quality patient care


• Lead and mentor a team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists


• Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation programs tailored to patient needs


• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility policies


• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and other interdisciplinary teams


• Manage budgets, staffing, and strategic planning for the rehab department


• Implement and oversee our sensory program to enhance therapy outcomes


• Foster a positive and motivating environment for both staff and patients

Qualifications:

• Licensed as a PT, OT, or SLP (or eligible for licensure)


• Experience in rehabilitation leadership preferred


• Strong team-building and leadership skills


• Passion for patient care and innovative therapy programs
