Uber Freight's Financial Operations team is seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to oversee the end-to-end collections processes, with a focus on driving efficiency and improving metrics to accelerate cash flow. This leadership role will be pivotal in enhancing collections workflows, optimizing key platforms like Billtrust and Oracle, and managing an offshore BPO team to ensure effective and timely collections. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable, collections process management, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coaching teams, and identifying opportunities to streamline operations, reduce manual tasks, and get payments from customers faster.
In this role, you'll also play a key part in improving customer communications, training staff, and using data-driven insights to improve collections performance. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to enhance operational effectiveness, improve dispute resolution processes, and achieve key financial KPIs.
What the Candidate Will Do
Indirectly managing approximately 5 BPO agents across Manila and India, serving as their coach and point of escalation
Setting clear OKRs for the teams and ensuring expectations are met
Providing regular updates to the manager and leadership on the status and progress of accounts
Identifying and addressing roadblocks, finding solutions to overcome challenges
Continuously seeking ways to evolve the role, whether by expanding the book of business or taking on additional scope as new opportunities arise
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
4+ years of professional work experience
Ability to analyze and leverage data
Proficiency in excel
Process improvement skills
Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in collections
Advanced excel experience
Familiarity with Billtrust and Oracle
Coaching or management experience
Ability to multi-task

The salary range for this role is $65,500 - $79,850 a year.
