Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as an Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our financial systems and processes. We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services (EPBCS/PBCS) or Hyperion Planning. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.



Oracle EPBCS Senior Developer




We will count on you to:



  • Implement and manage Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services (EPBCS/PBCS) or Hyperion Planning applications, including building metadata, designing web forms, and conducting data reconciliation.


  • Develop dashboards and automate business rules to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting capabilities.


  • Gather business requirements, design and prototype solutions, conduct testing, and provide training to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.


  • Create and manage complex business rules, custom consolidations, and dynamic calculations, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and standards.


  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide robust, scalable solutions that drive business success.





What you need to have:



  • 7+ years of experience in implementing EPBCS/PBCS or Hyperion Planning or Essbase Applications.


  • Strong functional knowledge of financial systems and processes, with a proven track record in gathering requirements and implementing solutions.


  • Deep understanding of accounting principles (GAAP, GASP, FASB, FASAB) and financial statements, including Income Statement and Balance Sheet.


  • Proficiency in creating member formulas, complex business rules, and integration artifacts in Cloud Data Management and FDMEE.


  • Excellent Excel and VB scripting skills, along with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.





What makes you stand out:



  • Development experience in scripting with Python/Groovy/CDM APIs and good working knowledge of EPM Automate.


  • Experience conducting various types of testing (system, integration, performance, user acceptance) and preparing comprehensive documentation.


  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in presentation tools like MS Visio and MS PowerPoint.


  • Relation Database experience is a plus, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $62,600 to $125,200.


The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
