Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves fulfilling hardware deployment requests and managing inventory for a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities

• Fulfill hardware incidents by picking and shipping equipment efficiently.
• Track and reconcile inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Configure and apply firmware to hardware as needed.
• Perform break/fix operations to maintain equipment functionality.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to build strong business relationships.
• Demonstrate flexibility in providing services based on daily needs.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in executing established processes.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing over 25 lbs.
• Comfortable working independently with limited supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications for various MacBook models and Dell Client Foundations.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
