Job Description:

This is a temporary position lasting about 4-6 weeks. It could extend to a full time wound nurse position or a floor nurse position.

This position is Monday-Friday.

And we're looking for a dedicated Wound/Treatment Nurse to join our team and help our residents on their journey to recovery.

What You'll Do:

• 
  Provide expert care in assessing, managing, and treating wounds with the goal of promoting healing and comfort.


• 
  Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for each resident.


• 
  Educate residents and their families about wound care techniques, prevention strategies, and ongoing maintenance.


• 
  Document and track progress in a timely manner, ensuring we meet and exceed the highest standards of care.


• 
  Stay ahead of the curve with the latest wound care technologies and techniques, implementing them to improve resident outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

• An RN or LPN with a passion for wound care (experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person!).


• 
  Knowledgeable in the latest wound care protocols and techniques.


• 
  Compassionate and patient-centered, always striving for excellence in care.


• A team player who loves to collaborate with others to achieve the best possible results.


• 
  Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN) is a plus, but not required.
