Position Summary: The Director, ABS Treasury will be responsible for ensuring proper financial management and providing strategic advice on financial matters. The Director will oversee all Asset Backed Securitization aspects of Service Experts. The position will include managing and directing Conduit/Warehouse borrowing, ABS Term issuance, hedging and Servicing of the collateral. Position will also require managing Rating Agent relationship as well Corporate Reporting up to the Sponsor of the company. Firm understanding and interpretation of legal agreements that govern the borrowings is essential.



Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee relationships with bank, rating agencies and other capital providers


• Lead execution of all asset-backed securities issuance


• Manage the Servicing Operations for all post issuance servicing related reporting and associated facility audits


• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards


• Forecast and monitor liquidity and capital needs


• Develop and monitor effective asset/liability management programs including management of interest rate risk

Required Qualifications:

Strong understanding of bank lending and capital markets including asset-backed financings, unsecured debt and equity financing and other forms of capital funding

• Master's degree or CFA, preferred.


• 7+ years of work experience


• Willingness to travel as required


• Hybrid work environment, with 3+ days / week onsite


• Securitization experience is a must


• Strong relationships with banks, capital providers and credit rating agencies


• Knowledge of asset liability management and interest rate risk management strategies


• Understanding of structured product investor reporting including Regulation AB requirements


• Knowledge of investment management, cash flow and liquidity management, and capital risk assessment


• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills


• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite


• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
