We are seeking an experienced DevOps Architect to lead and strategize the design, development, and execution of automated and scalable DevOps processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both development and operations, deep understanding of cloud environments, and expertise in automation, configuration management, and CI/CD practices. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product development, ensure scalability, and enhance operational efficiency. 

 

 

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, implement, and support scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant DevOps infrastructure. 

• Define and establish DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and continuous delivery processes. 

• Collaborate with software engineering teams to align development, testing, and deployment processes. 

• Support the migration and modernization of legacy systems to cloud platforms. 

• Develop, maintain, and monitor infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices for automation and scalability. 

• Manage and optimize the deployment and configuration of applications in cloud and on-premise environments. 

• Work with security teams to integrate security best practices into DevOps workflows (DevSecOps). 

• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to DevOps engineers and development teams. 

• Establish and ensure adherence to quality standards, processes, and security protocols across all environments. 

• Implement disaster recovery and business continuity processes for critical infrastructure. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development, testing, and production environments. 

• Conduct performance tuning, cost optimization, and usage reporting of cloud resources. 

 

Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in DevOps, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role. 

• Cloud Platforms: Expertise in Azure Cloud 

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience with Terraform or Ansible. 

• CI/CD Tools: Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Github Actions, or similar tools. 

• Containers: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and orchestration of containerized applications. 

• Automation & Scripting: Strong skills in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell. 

• Monitoring & Logging: Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog, or similar. 

• Version Control: Proficiency with Git or other version control systems. 

• Security: Knowledge of security best practices in DevOps, including DevSecOps processes. 

• Agile: Experience with agile and DevOps methodologies, principles, and practices. 

• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage project timelines. 
  
  

Preferred Skills: 

• Knowledge of serverless architectures and microservices. 

• Familiarity with network and security architecture in cloud environments. 

• Certifications as an Azure DevOps Engineer preferred. 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
