Description: Our client is currently seeking a Technical Recruiter you'll be instrumental in bringing top talent to our Federal hiring teams. We're seeking a dedicated and driven individual who excels in talent sourcing, enjoys networking, and provides an exceptional experience for candidates, hiring managers, and teammates.


This job will have the following responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.

  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and offering timely feedback.

  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

  • Utilize data and analytics to inform and optimize talent acquisition efforts.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience across all organizational levels (entry-level to Senior Director)

  • 3+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing talent for US Federal positions

  • 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a software or technology company

  • Experience working with large enterprise organizations and recruiting talent with backgrounds in SaaS, HCM, and/or ERP

  • Proven networking skills, consistently generating a robust pipeline of talented candidates

  • Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with clients, partners, and team members

  • Innovative and creative mindset with ideas that drive recruiting success

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while being adaptable, agile, and flexible

  • Excellent communication skills with attention to detail in all forms

  • Proactive, with strong follow-through and client service orientation

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and efficient documentation practices

  • Knowledge of OFCCP compliance guidelines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
