What You Will Be Doing:



As a Contract/Pricing Supervisor, you will supervise a clerk and report to the Margin Manager. You will ensure the accuracy of contract data related to customers and products within their computer systems. You will interact with various departments including Purchasing, Customer Service, Credit, and Information Systems, as well as Multi-Unit Account Executives, customers, and vendors. You will be a vital team member, performing duties that best serve the company.

Your Responsibilities:

• Set up new vendors and items within the system, maintain item substitutions.


• Manage vendor maintenance and compliance, including vendor billback maintenance.


• Maintain price contracts, conduct price testing and verification.


• Document customer product information.


• Notify the warehouse of product changes, additions, and deletions.


• Assist with customer purchasing reviews and surcharge maintenance.


• Set up and maintain order guides.


• Support promotions, menu changes, and manage dead and slow inventory.


• Track earned income.


• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You Must Have:

• High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's degree preferred).


• 3+ years of experience with customer pricing, contracts, products, purchasing, and/or accounting.


• Knowledge of Food and Beverage products and/or foodservice industry.
