Job Description:

ECS is seeking a
Knowledge Management Specialist to work in our
Fort Belvoir, VA office.  

Office of the Administrative Assistant (OAA) to the SECARMY, Information Technology Management Office (OAA ITMO) leads solution engineering to design, build, test, deploy, sustain, and transition into production new or modernized IT business applications. OAA ITMO also manages digital records, enterprise knowledge data, data visualization, and Visual Information (graphics) services for OAA. 

Recent OAA modernization achievements include the transition of application platforms to predominately Microsoft 365 (M365) SharePoint Online, implementation of Records Management and Knowledge Management tools, sustainment of existing and development of new executive dashboards, and the creation of graphics products. ECS will work with OAA to continually refine and mature their products and functions.

ECS is looking for a Knowledge Management Specialist to support OAA ITMO.  This person will assist ITMO in organizing, managing, displaying, and disseminating information.  This person will enable ITMO to be a continuous learning organization through the management of information ensuring that it is reliable, timely and accessible.  The Knowledge Management Specialist will work closely with the SharePoint developers on content organization based on the needs of the government and will be responsible for the development of a knowledge management plan and the execution of that plan.

The Knowledge Management Specialist will be on-site at Fort Belvoir and requires a SECRET clearance.
