Job Description:

ECS is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME) with extensive experience in deploying and supporting ServiceNow by designing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions for an existing customer. The candidate will guide governance discussions, requirements gathering, analysis, and propose technical solutions to provide support, user ticketing, and auditing to an existing Azure tenant-based build. The candidate should have extensive experience developing workflows, 
enterprise policies for internal and external content sharing, and collaboration across all O365 core services (i.e. Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint). Candidate should also have experience working in and supporting Azure Cloud infrastructure and Virtual Desktop Environments.

Job Responsibilities:

• 
  Integrate with, and support, a team of subject matter experts in a highly agile environment to implement best in class multi-Cloud solutions for large DoD program(s).


• 
  Develop tools and scripts to automate deployment, troubleshooting, monitoring, and diagnostics activities.


• 
  Function as a technical escalation point within the team.


• 
  Coordinate and facilitate platform configuration, resources, updates, and upgrades.


• 
  Responsible for instance stack, daily support, upgrades to system, and system performance.


• 
  Translate user requirements such as workflows and provide best possible solutions.


• 
  Create new dashboards, automate processes, and make changes to existing applications.

Salary Range: $130,000-$150,000
