Lead and provide thought leadership for the data team .
Design and develop data pipelines and storage solutions using AWS technologies such as Aurora, DynamoDB, RedShift, S3, Glue, and Lambda.
Oversee data migration projects, including migrating from Oracle and DB2.
Implement complex solutions and architectural design patterns across multiple platforms.
Manage data in AWS and ensure best practices in database management.
Communicate solution options and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
Skills
Extensive experience (10+ years) in designing and developing data pipelines and storage using AWS technologies.
Proven track record in data migration for large programs.
Strong expertise in designing and implementing solutions in an enterprise environment.
Proficient in data management within AWS.
Skilled in data mapping, ETL/ELT frameworks, and streaming data processing.
Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with additional AWS services and tools.
Background in financial services or government agencies.
Experience leading cross-functional teams.
