A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Software Developer


Position type: Full Time Contract
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Manassas, VA Hybrid

As a Software Developer, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications using C++ and Java in a microservices architecture.


• Work with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure to implement and deploy scalable applications.


• Develop, test, and deploy APIs using Open API specifications, ensuring data interoperability and security.


• Use Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment, automating build and release pipelines.


• Implement and maintain microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Kubernetes, ensuring scalability and high availability.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize data structures and services using MySQL and Redis.


• Develop security-focused solutions, including implementing PKI and OAuth for secure authentication and data protection.


• Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting issues in a fast-paced environment.


• Work closely with stakeholders to integrate security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.


• Maintain a strong focus on performance optimization, security, and code quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Java/Spring Boot/Microservices/Kubernetes development.


• 1-3 years of experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.


• Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD and understanding of DevOps pipelines.


• Strong knowledge of APIs, OpenAPI specifications, XML, and JSON.


• Proficiency in Python/Linux Development for automation and system-level programming.


• Solid experience with MySQL and Redis for data storage and caching solutions.


• Knowledge of PKI, OAuth, and security best practices in application development.


• Strong debugging, development, and analytical skills, with a focus on efficient problem-solving.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range: $70-$75/Hr
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
