Summary:
We are seeking a Senior HRIS Consultant to support and enhance our HR systems, working closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll teams. This role is responsible for optimizing HR technology, ensuring seamless integrations, and providing expert-level guidance on system enhancements and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with UKG/UltiPro/UKG Pro and a strong understanding of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a systems expert, supporting HR teams with troubleshooting, process improvements, and data integrity.
Lead system updates, patches, and testing to maintain functionality and compliance.
Design and implement system integrations to enhance automation, efficiency, and user experience.
Collaborate with HR leadership and IT to align HRIS capabilities with business objectives.
Manage data reporting and analytics, creating ad hoc reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making.
Identify opportunities for process and system improvements, recommending best practices.
Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training for HR staff.
Act as the primary liaison between HR and UKG to resolve system issues and drive enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience supporting HR business functions.
3+ years of experience designing and managing HRIS or HCM systems, with UKG/UltiPro/UKG Pro expertise.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, including Benefits, Payroll, and Compensation.
Experience troubleshooting system issues, optimizing workflows, and managing integrations.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, database management, and data security.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience with HR data reporting, compliance, and system administration.
Familiarity with programming and complex report creation.
