Support shipment operations by processing orders, scheduling, tracking deliveries, and ensuring accurate data entry. Respond to customer and carrier inquiries, document events, and follow escalation procedures as needed. Maintain communication via task boards and email while ensuring compliance with client standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
Customer service experience, ideally in a call center
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
