Summary:
The position ensures the highest quality accessories are available to our OEM customers, by their requested on-sales date, through continuous and vigorous review before, during, and after production by our supplier partners.
Key Accountabilities:
Thorough review and analysis of PPAP sample and documentation, throughout development, per the Quality Launch Plan milestones. Maintaining the best possible schedule, to meet OEM's requested on-sales dates. Correction and preventative methods for issues discovered at PPAP, and feedback to Lessons Learned. Avoidance of PPAP rejection by OEMs. (30%)
Identification of field quality issues, through various reporting method. Investigation, initial root cause determination and corrective action requests to suppliers via RCA form. Follow-up and follow-through on RCAs to completion. Feedback to Lessons Learned as needed. (30%)
Development of quality assurance tasks, including new supplier verification (MQRS) audits, on-site or self audits for production authorization, and as-needed audits for issue closure. (20%)
Continuous improvement, including training (10%)
High-level 'productivity' and 'efficiency', focused on completing assignments with initiative, focus, follow-up, follow-through, clear reporting, clarity, transparency, security and cleanliness (10%)

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related Engineering discipline, (Mechanical, or Electrical) - Required
Years of Experience: 2-4 years Engineering Required
