Job Description:

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join an Electronics Manufacturing Client. The role is located in Milpitas close to both I-880 and I-680. This position is 100% onsite. Hours for the role are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.


Prior customer service with a manufacturing company is a plus.


Job Duties:

• Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding orders.


• Process PO's and sales orders.


• Communicate with production and teams any changes to orders.


• Update clients on status of orders.

Requirements:

• 1 year of prior customer service experience, ideally with a manufacturing company.


• ERP experience a plus.


• Computer savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office.


• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
