Full-Cycle Accounts Payable Specialist - Aerospace Industry

What You'll Do:

• Process full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice verification, coding, and payments


• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner


• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures


• Assist with month-end closing and reporting


• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to improve processes


• Support leadership with process improvements and workflow optimization

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of full-cycle AP experience, preferably in manufacturing or aerospace


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy


• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• A proactive mindset with the drive to take on additional responsibilities
