Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Driver in the Greenfield Substance Use Recovery programs at Behavioral Health Network!
Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the Greenfield Substance Use Recovery programs with the following:
Safely operating a company vehicle while following all applicable driving laws including posted speed limits.
Coordinating all trips through the Office Manager.
Providing rides for individuals served to healthcare appointments or the next level of care.
Being punctual for client's appointment times.
Maintaining client confidentiality and immediately report incidences, accidents or concerns to the Office Manager.
Ensuring completion of regular vehicle maintenance & upkeep, including daily cleaning & fluid checks.
Adhering to and maintaining an "acceptable" driving record status as outlined in BHN's Driving Policy.
Who are we?
BHN's Greenfield, MA campus includes designated substance abuse disorder treatment centers, which provide acute treatment services (ATS) and clinical stabilization services (CSS) as well as additional services to support recovery. These varied residential rehabilitation services help adults working to overcome drug and alcohol addiction and meet co-occurring mental health and behavioral health needs.

What are we looking for in a Driver?
High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required).
Valid Driver's License (required).
At least 6 months of driving experience with clean driving record (required).
At least 3 months of experience working in an administrative environment (preferred).
Excellent attendance record.
Good interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented and good organizational skills.
Ability to work in high demand and/or stressful environments from time to time (required).
In successful recovery for two or more years, if applicable (required).
