Salary: $68,000-$70,000/Annually. The final pay for this position will vary based on geographic location and candidate experience relative to what the company reasonably anticipates for this position.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Process Engineer to assist our process engineering team in a dynamic production environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, documentation validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and work instruction development. This role requires a problem-solver with an analytical mindset, capable of understanding complex production systems and proposing continuous improvement initiatives. Experience in Lean Manufacturing and CNC processes is a strong plus
Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Assist in the validation of manufacturing equipment, ensuring compliance with IQ/OQ/PQ protocols.
Develop, revise, and maintain detailed work instructions and process documentation.
Analyze manufacturing workflows and identify areas for process optimization and waste reduction.
Support change management initiatives by implementing process modifications and ensuring smooth transitions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
Support quality assurance efforts, ensuring processes meet compliance and industry standards.
Provide technical support to production teams and assist in training operators on revised procedures.
Utilize data-driven methodologies for problem-solving and root cause analysis.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).
2 years of experience in manufacturing with a focus on process engineering.
Proven experience in documentation validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and writing work instructions.
Strong analytical skills and ability to identify process improvements.
Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes, ideally including CNC machining.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to root cause analysis.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment.
Ability to quickly adapt to new challenges and learn in a fast-paced setting.
Experience with Change Management and driving process adaptation within production teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
