Warren Oil is looking for a dynamic Customer Service professional for our West Memphis, AR plant. The Customer Service Representative will process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Customer Service Duties:
Answer phone calls from customers and potential customers
Possess a working knowledge of the products and services that we provide
Prepare customer correspondences; Communicate with customers; Resolves minor customer complaints; Provide updates on customer documentation
Verify customer's complaints and provide solution or communicate to upper management
Assists clients in their choice of product/service; Provide entry-level trouble shooting and resolve issues Provide necessary information about products and service
Keeps records of inquiries by documenting into appropriate account
Build and maintain good relationship with customers
Help around with ideas to improve customer experience, which in turn improves the productivity of the company; Provide open communication channels with company salespersons
Make recommendations to management based on customers' needs
Maintain clean, accurate customer order files; Other duties as assigned
Have an understanding of inventory systems, order creation, shipping and verification of load completion.
Customer Service Requirements:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. (Production environment)
Proficient with Microsoft Office Products. ex. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field.
Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Customer Service Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
2 years of customer service in a call center or office/production environment
Knowledge of Department of Transportation Regulations a plus
Familiarization with manufacturing environment a plus
General Knowledge of ISO 9001: 2008 a plus
Strong multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Internet
