JOB DESCRIPTION



Euclid Chemical is currently seeking an Order Puller to join our team in Odessa, FL. The Order Puller will be responsible for maintaining organization of the FP Warehouse, pulling orders in an efficient and correct manner, and processing inbound shipments appropriately.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Outbound Responsibilities

• Read orders to determine what products are to be pulled and palletized.
• Pull orders correctly and in a timely manner (LTL, CPU, TL and International)
• Load LTL, Full truckload, and sea containers

Inbound Responsibilities

• Physically receive material into the warehouse, inspecting material as it is offloaded, reporting any shortage or damages to proper personnel before accepting deliveries.
• Put away stock in proper locations or departments once processed in

Inventory Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts on finished products, including investigation responsibilities and second count/verifications when required.
• Rack / Put away finished products coming from powder / liquid production departments.

General Responsibilities

• Maintain housekeeping within the department
• Rotate stock in warehouse, maintaining FIFO for FP
• Bring re-work material back to proper departments when instructed
• Comply with all safety policies
• Maintain daily forklift checklist, and any other warehouse / safety checklists as required
• Keep an open line of communication with supervisors and other departments on product needs

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Forklift certification
• Hazmat certification a plus

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly throughout the workday
• Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, carrying.
