Description: The Judge Group has partnered with a leading manufacturer in the northern suburbs of Dallas to find a Production Manager for their team. This is a first shift opportunity!


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Oversee production line supervisors to ensure product is produced according to specifications internally and externally
  
  


• Manage training for all hourly associates on safety, quality, maintenance, etc.


• Maintain the health and safety of all associates, including supervisors


• Report usage, efficiencies, etc. to plant management on a daily, weekly basis


• Continuously looking for ways to improve process and line


• Collaborate with finance team on product costs, line costs, and inventory


• Collaborate with Maintenance and Quality regularly


• Maintain a collaborative and positive culture

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree


• 5+ years of manufacturing management experience
