Job Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Sales Executive with deep domain knowledge across the semiconductor and automotive industries to drive our market expansion. The ideal candidate will possess a consultative selling approach and understanding of digital systems development across multiple industries. This role will be instrumental in articulating our unique Digital Convergence value proposition to decision-makers and technical stakeholders, converting digital innovation into tangible business value for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic account plans targeting key OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and semiconductor companies in the autonomous driving ecosystem
Articulate the unique value proposition of our Digital Convergence Solutions (End-to-End Digital Systems Validation)
Identify and engage with decision-makers across engineering, quality, and executive leadership to position our Convergence Verification Platform as essential to their development process
Collaborate with our technical subject matter experts to develop customized demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and verification methodologies that address specific client pain points
Translate technical capabilities into business value metrics, clearly articulating ROI in terms of reduced verification cycles, earlier defect detection, and integration risk mitigation
Cultivate relationships within industry consortia, standards bodies, and partner ecosystems to establish Judge Semiconductor as a thought leader at the intersection of hardware and software verification
Leverage and author thought leadership content, technical webinars, and Convergence Summit events to establish credibility and generate qualified opportunities
Negotiate complex, high-value consulting and verification service engagements with appropriate scope, pricing, and delivery parameters
Provide market intelligence and client feedback to shape our service offerings, marketing strategies, and partnership initiatives
Represent the company at targeted industry events focusing on autonomous driving, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) development, and automotive software-hardware integration
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in technical solutions selling to automotive and/or semiconductor companies
Demonstrable understanding of semiconductor technologies, automotive digital systems, and modern validation approaches
Knowledge of Digital Twin simulation solutions and their applications in product development and testing
Experience selling complex technical services or solutions with long sales cycles to multiple stakeholders
Technical fluency to engage credibly with engineering teams on digital systems, validation approaches, and integration challenges
Strong business acumen to articulate value to executive decision-makers in terms of risk reduction, cost optimization, and time-to-market acceleration
Established network within automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or semiconductor companies developing ADAS components
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
Track record of exceeding sales targets in complex, technical B2B environments
Experience with solution-based, consultative selling approaches
Willingness to travel a minimum of 50% for client meetings, industry events, and company functions
