Our Director of Sales Will:

Organize personal tours, events, and private meetings to collaborate with individuals and families to understand and meet their needs.
Work with all teams to enhance the resident experience and grow the community through marketing, prospecting, and referrals.
Manage the move-in process ensuring agreements are understood and facilitate new resident orientations.
Develop and maintain processes that maintain safety, protect confidential information, and meet state and local regulations.
Cultivate positive relationships throughout the community.
