Summary
As the General Manager at Earthbar, you will oversee the operations of our new location in New York City. This pivotal role is essential in fostering a culture of health and wellness while ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Lead daily operations to ensure a high standard of service and product quality.Supervise staff, providing training and development to enhance team performance.Manage inventory levels and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.Implement effective marketing strategies to promote Earthbar's offerings.Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.Engage with customers to build relationships and enhance their experience at Earthbar.Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while promoting our mission of holistic wellbeing.
Qualifications
Proven experience in food service management or similar roles within the hospitality industry.Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team development and training.Knowledge of POS systems and operational processes in a restaurant setting is preferred.Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers.Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Understanding of food safety standards and regulations is essential.Experience in shift management is highly desirable.
