Male Home Health Aides at Traditions Home Health Services in BROOKLINE, Massachusetts

Job Description:

Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced male Home Health Aide for the Brookline area to assist with our geriatric male client.

Shifts Available:
4 days per week 12pm - 4pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (possible to substitute Monday)

Job Description:
- Assist with the Activities of Living, personal care
- Assist with Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, dishes
- Encourage walking, exercising
- Providing stimulating conversation
- Activities
- Encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/CarePlan
- Competently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone
- Home Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
