In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of all software products produced for distribution by monitoring processes and procedures in product development and design. This position plays a critical role in identifying and addressing defects and ensuring that all software products meet the required standards. What you’ll do:
Conduct quality assurance and testing of complex systems.
Design, develop, and adapt test scripts from source manufacturers.
Develop and execute automated test scripts with some assistance.
Configure and maintain continuous testing platforms with some assistance.
Conducts pre-and post-implementation testing.
Create comprehensive test plans.
Track and manage defects.
Review requirement specifications to gain a thorough understanding of user requirements.
Conduct regression testing for weekly releases to production.
Collaborate with other IT functions and vendors to enhance quality assurance processes.
Who we’re looking for:
Required:
Minimum 4 years of experience in quality assurance, system testing, and/or development
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a closely related field (without a degree, an additional 4 years of experience is required)
Experience using Test Automation tools such as: Selenium
Proficiency in at least one coding language: C#, C, Java, PHP, Python, Ruby, etc.
Experience testing web-based systems, including the user interface/web screen, and XML interface specifications
Knowledge of SQL and database testing
Preferred:
Experience using JIRA
Experience in Agile methodologies
Industry specific QA certifications such as ISTQB or other appropriate certifications such as ITIL or PMP
